Partner terms.

Version 2026-11-06. These terms apply between you and SAYLI, LLC when we accept your application. Applying is free. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Participation is subject to review, supported payout locations and verification. No commission is earned before your partnership is activated.

1. Your offer

The standard offer is 25% of eligible net Sayli Pro subscription revenue for a referred customer’s first 12 months of paid service. Net subscription revenue means the subscription amount actually collected, after discounts, credits and refunds, and excluding taxes. Payment-processing costs are not deducted from this standard revenue basis. No commission accrues on unpaid invoices, complimentary access, chargebacks or fraudulent purchases. Team, Enterprise and separately negotiated contracts are excluded unless your written offer includes them.

For illustration, an undiscounted $32 monthly Pro payment earns $8; an undiscounted $288 first annual payment earns $72. Annual commission is earned on the payment, not each month. Payments for service beyond the first 12 months are excluded. Estimates are examples, not forecasts or guarantees. Actual results depend on qualified purchases and retention.

2. Custom agreements

A different rate, duration or basis must be agreed in writing before it applies. A contribution-margin agreement must define revenue, each deductible cost, allocation rules, reporting periods, currency conversion and adjustments. Margin and revenue are different bases. The standard revenue calculator does not estimate margin commission. Your signed offer governs where it differs from these terms; changes do not retrospectively reduce valid accrued commission.

3. Eligible referrals

Use the personal link issued after approval. An eligible new customer must be attributed to you and make their first qualifying Pro payment within 90 days of their eligible referral visit. Where several partners refer the same customer, the last eligible partner referral before attribution is locked receives credit. Ordinary direct visits do not replace it. Attribution depends on permitted tracking or a verifiable referral record; cross-device or blocked tracking may need review. Report missing attribution with non-sensitive purchase evidence to hello@sayli.ai within 30 days of the purchase.

You cannot refer yourself, your own business, an existing paid customer or a person you pay to create an artificial transaction. A single customer cannot generate both affiliate cash commission and a Sayli customer referral reward. Approved attribution is locked to avoid duplicate rewards. Renewals within the agreed earning period remain with the approved partner. Do not collect or send payment credentials, meeting recordings or other sensitive customer information as proof.

4. Approval and payment

Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days after payment so refunds and eligibility can be checked. Approved balances of $25 or more are scheduled for payment on the 15th of each month, or the next applicable business day, after identity, tax and payout verification is complete. Smaller balances carry forward. Available payout methods, currencies, transfer times and any disclosed provider or conversion fees depend on your location. We show those details before you select a payout method.

Refunds and chargebacks reduce the associated commission proportionately. If a commission has already been paid, the adjustment may be offset against future earnings. You may ask for a statement and dispute a calculation within 30 days of receiving it. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. We may withhold amounts where legally required. An account review pauses disputed amounts, not unrelated valid earnings.

5. Optional creator access

Creators may request one 30-day Pro grant on an eligible personal Free workspace. We review the public profile and proposed content separately from commission eligibility. An approved grant has a fixed end date, does not change your billing plan and does not start a paid subscription. Existing paid plans and team workspaces are not converted or refunded. Extensions require a separate written agreement. There is no obligation to give a positive review or publish a minimum number of posts.

6. Honest promotion

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, near each referral link and in the content itself where appropriate. Disclose complimentary product access too. Use your own experience, accurate current product facts and genuine demonstrations. Follow applicable advertising rules and the rules of the platform where you post. Obtain permission before recording people or showing their information. Label staged demonstrations and sample data.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, buy fake engagement, hide or force referral attribution, misrepresent results, invent discounts, impersonate Sayli, publish misleading comparisons, or place affiliate links on prohibited or deceptive sites. Paid search bidding on Sayli brand terms, domains that imply official ownership, coupon-site distribution and paid advertising require prior written approval. Do not claim guaranteed income or guaranteed product outcomes.

7. Assets and your content

We grant approved partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the supplied Sayli assets to promote Sayli while their partnership is active. Keep the logo’s shape and proportions, use current assets and do not imply that you are an employee or an official support channel. Do not resell or sublicense the kit. You retain ownership of your original content. Sayli needs your separate permission to reuse it in advertising. The downloadable ideas are starting points, not claims of proven conversion performance.

8. Your data

We use your verified account, application, public profile, agreed offer and program activity to operate the partnership, prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards and meet accounting obligations. Approved partners may be asked to create an account with our affiliate or payout provider, whose terms and privacy notice will be available at onboarding. Do not enter bank details or tax identifiers in the application. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and how to contact us.

9. Changes and ending the partnership

Either party may end the partnership by written notice to hello@sayli.ai. We may pause participation while investigating misuse or terminate for a material breach. Valid accrued earnings remain payable, subject to verified refunds, disputes and applicable law. Ending participation does not remove the agreed commission period for valid customers referred before termination, unless their referral was fraudulent or ineligible. We provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes for future referrals, except changes required by law or to stop fraud.
