Cancellation Policy

1How To Cancel

Cancel any time in Settings, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. No email to write, no call to make, no retention offer to click past, no reason to give.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end your access straight away, and it does not delete anything.

2Monthly Plans

Cancelling stops the renewal. You keep every paid feature until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

3Annual Plans

Cancelling stops the renewal. You keep every paid feature until the end of the year you have already paid for, and it does not renew for the following year.

4No Pro-Rata Refunds

Once a period is paid for, we do not refund the unused part of it, monthly or annual. You keep the access instead, for the whole period. Cancelling half way through an annual plan does not return half the year.

If you think you have a refundable case, that is a different question and it is answered by the Refund Policy.

5What Happens To Your Data

Cancelling deletes nothing. Your meetings, transcripts, briefs and knowledge base stay where they are, and you can still read and export them. When your paid period ends, the paid features stop; the record of your past meetings does not disappear with them.

If you want the data gone, delete your account in Settings. That is a separate action and it is irreversible. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what deletion removes, what survives it, and for how long.
