# Sayli > Always know what to say. Sayli listens to your calls and shows you what to say, right when you need it. Real-time communication intelligence. It is not an AI notetaker. Sayli hears what your computer hears, so no bot joins the meeting, nothing appears in the participant list or the chat, and the room is never told. You press a key, and a short answer you can say out loud arrives on your screen. After the call it writes the brief. ## What it does - **Live answers.** Press the ask chord mid-call and get a statement you can say, not a question echoed back. First words in about half a second. - **Kept off screen capture.** On macOS 26 and on Windows 10 build 19041 and up the operating system removes the window from capture. Measured: 41 pixels of 454,251 survive a capture on macOS 26. On older macOS this is partial and Sayli says so. On Linux it is not claimed. - **The brief.** After the call: a headline, what was settled, what is still open, who was there, action items with owners, and a drafted follow-up email. Every claim ties to the moment in the transcript that proves it. - **Memory.** Every call is searchable. Ask a question across all of them and the answer cites the meetings it came from. Counts are computed in the database, not generated. You can play back any moment of any call. - **Personas.** 8 shipped and free on every plan: General, Discovery, Pitch, Candidate, Interviewer, Escalation, 1-on-1, Negotiation. Switchable mid-call. You can write your own. - **Languages.** 52, chosen as the overlap of two independent transcription engines rather than the union. The spoken language and the language Sayli writes in are set separately. - **Teams.** Shared library, roles, per-meeting visibility of private, team or org, and an audit log that is never pruned. Sayli counts people and never ranks them. ## Connections - One-click connectors: Linear, Notion, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Salesforce. - Native: Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Google Drive, Zapier, plus signed outbound webhooks. Zapier and webhooks are Team and up; the rest are on every plan. - CRM write-back: Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho. - Sayli also runs a read-only MCP server, so an AI client can search your meetings and read a brief. - Import your history from Otter, Fireflies, Granola, Fathom, tl;dv, Jamie, TurboScribe, Zoom, Microsoft Teams. - Sign in with Google, Apple. There is no password. There is no SAML or SCIM today. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex are not integrations. Sayli listens to what your computer is already hearing, so it works with any call app, and it recognises those four and offers to start when one begins. ## Platforms - macOS: shipping today, macOS 13 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel. https://sayli.ai/download - Windows: shipping today, signed. https://sayli.ai/download - Linux: next. There is a form on the download page to be told when. ## Pricing - Free: 3 meetings of up to 15 minutes each, granted once per workspace and never reset. Free to start. - Pro: $24 per month, or $21 per month billed yearly ($252 a year). Unlimited live answers: no hour count, no meeting count, no per-call limit, no overage. A fair use line of 60 hours a month is disclosed and monitored. - Team: $32 per seat monthly, $24 per seat billed yearly, from 2 seats. - Enterprise: from $49 per seat, 10 seats and up, invoiced. - One price worldwide. There is no free trial; the free tier is a one-time grant. ## What Sayli does not do, and what it does not have - No bot ever joins a call. - Recordings are kept until you delete the meeting, because playback is the feature. Deleting a meeting deletes its audio. - We do not train our own models on your meetings and we do not sell your data. - Sayli does not act on your connected tools during a live call. Those run after it. - No SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no HIPAA compliance, no SAML, no SCIM, no EU data residency. Data is stored in the United States. - Transcription happens in the cloud, not on the device. ## Frequently asked ### Can the other side see it? No, and we measured it rather than asserting it. On macOS 26 and on Windows 10 build 19041 and up, the operating system removes Sayli's window from screen capture: our probe counted 41 surviving pixels out of 454,251. On older macOS we have not run that test, so the app tells you it is partial instead of promising you it is not. On Linux the operating system offers no way to do it and we do not claim it. ### Does a bot join my call? Never. Nothing appears in the participant list, nothing posts in the chat, and nothing is added to the invite. Sayli listens to what your computer is already hearing, so it works with any call app; it recognises Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex and offers to start when one begins, in 52 languages. ### Do I have to tell people I am using it? That depends on where you are, and it is your call to make. Recording and wiretap laws differ by country and by state, and some require every party to consent. Sayli is a tool; you are the one in the room. Our terms put that responsibility with you. ### What happens to my recordings? They stay in your workspace, which is the product rather than a side effect: you can go back to any moment months later. We do not train our own models on your meetings and we do not sell your data. Delete a meeting and its audio is deleted with it. Delete your workspace and it leaves the live service in one step; backups age out within 35 days. ### Can I bring my old meetings? Yes. Export from the tool you are leaving, and Sayli rebuilds those meetings with their real dates, searchable from day one. Your first week is not an empty app. ### Mac, Windows or Linux? Sayli runs on macOS and Windows today. Linux is next. Leave your address on the download page and we will write to you once, the day it is ready. ## Links - Homepage: https://sayli.ai - Download: https://sayli.ai/download - Everything Sayli does: https://sayli.ai/product - Pricing, with every plan compared: https://sayli.ai/pricing - Enterprise: https://sayli.ai/enterprise - Integrations, with what each one reads and writes: https://sayli.ai/integrations - Security: https://sayli.ai/security - Documentation: https://docs.sayli.ai - Status: https://status.sayli.ai - Privacy: https://sayli.ai/privacy - Terms: https://sayli.ai/terms - Contact: https://sayli.ai/contact
