Refund Policy

1Try Sayli Before You Pay

Every new account gets three meetings of up to 15 minutes at no cost, with no card. We would rather you find out on the free tier that Sayli is wrong for you than pay and ask for the money back, so please use it first. What each plan includes is on the pricing page, and the limits are in Section 2.8 of the Terms.

This policy refunds a failure, not a change of mind. If Sayli did not do what we published, Section 2 covers you. If you bought it and then did not use it, that is not something we refund, and Section 4 says so plainly. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

2If Sayli Does Not Work On Your Machine: 14 Days

If Sayli fails on your computer and we cannot fix it, we refund the charge in full. Email us within 14 days of the charge.

You do not need to prove it and you do not need to record a video. We keep our own diagnostics, so we look at what happened on your account ourselves. Send a recording or a screenshot if you have one and it will make the case faster, but nothing turns on you producing evidence about our own software.

A failure means Sayli did not do what we published for your platform. Audio it never captured, meetings it never transcribed, a window that appeared in a screen share on a platform where we published that it would not. What each platform delivers is in Section 2.7 of the Terms and in the app itself, which reports what your own device can do.

3Platform Limits

Some of what Sayli does depends on your operating system rather than on us. Removing the Sayli window from a screen share needs Windows 10 build 19041 or later; on earlier Windows builds the window becomes a blank region instead, and on Linux it cannot be removed from a screen share at all. The full picture is in Section 2.7 of the Terms.

We do not refuse refunds by platform. The rule is the other way round: if your computer cannot do something we said it could, that is refundable under Section 2 above. If it cannot do something we already told you it could not, it is not a fault and it is not refundable. Our job is to tell you before you pay, not to disclaim it afterwards.

4What Is Not A Refundable Failure

• Paying and then not using Sayli. A period you paid for and ran no meetings in is not a fault in the software, and we do not refund it. The free tier is there so you can find out whether Sayli suits you without paying, and cancelling stops the next renewal at any time. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, Section 8 still applies to you.
• Deciding you no longer need Sayli, whether or not you used it. Cancel instead. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the Cancellation Policy.
• Buying the wrong plan, or buying by accident. Tell us anyway. We cannot promise the money back, but we can move you to the right plan and we would rather hear it than not.
• An answer that was wrong, unhelpful, or slower than you wanted. Sayli's answers come from a language model. We do not warrant that they are correct, and we say so in Section 11.4 of the Terms.
• Reaching a limit on your plan. The limits are published before you buy.
• A meeting you chose to run. Once a meeting starts, the purchase has been used.
• Something an integration you connected did. Those are covered by Section 2.5 of the Terms.

5One Refund Per Person

This applies once per person, not once per account. If we have refunded you before, later purchases are not eligible under this policy. Making a second account does not create a second allowance.

6How To Request One

Email support@sayli.ai with the email address you paid with, the date of the charge, and what went wrong. There is no form to fill in and nothing to justify beyond that.

We reply within two business days. If we approve it, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually post it within 5 to 10 business days, and that part is not in our hands.

If we decline, we will tell you why and what we looked at. If you disagree, reply and a person will look again. Please come to us before asking your bank to reverse the payment: a dispute takes weeks and costs us both more than an email.

7What A Refund Does

A refund ends the subscription. We refund the charge and cancel the plan together, and access ends when the refund is issued. It does not delete your data; delete your account in Settings if that is what you want, and see the Privacy Policy for what happens then.

If the refunded payment had earned someone a referral reward, that reward is reversed, as Section 5.6 of the Terms sets out. Account credit itself is never refunded as cash, because it was never cash.

8Consumers In The European Union And The United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase under consumer law, and nothing on this page takes that away or shortens it. Because Sayli is supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply begins straight away and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once it does. Section 5.5 of the Terms sets out how that works, including what happens if you do not agree.

This policy is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing here removes a right you cannot sign away.

9Changes And Contact

We will post changes here with a new date, and every previous version stays available. A change never applies backwards to a purchase already made. This is version 2, published on 29 August 2026; it removed the refund for a purchase you paid for and did not use. If you were charged before that date, the version that was published then still governs your charge: read version 1.
